Full Water Damage Restoration in 3 Phases
From extraction to final walkthrough — we handle every phase in-house. No subcontractors, no handoffs.
Phase 1 — Mitigation
Truck-mounted extraction, structural drying, antimicrobial treatment. Stops the damage from spreading and prevents mold from starting.
Phase 2 — Demolition
Removal of saturated drywall, flooring, insulation, and trim that can't be saved. Documented for insurance, hauled off-site.
Phase 3 — Reconstruction
Drywall replacement, flooring reinstall, paint matching, trim work. Your home back to pre-loss condition — same crew, one warranty.
What Full Restoration Actually Includes
"Restoration" means different things to different companies. Most cleanup-only companies hand you off to a separate contractor for rebuild. We do it all in-house with one project manager:
- Truck-mounted water extraction (Phase 1)
- Industrial structural drying with daily moisture readings
- Antimicrobial treatment and mold-prevention application
- Removal and disposal of unsalvageable materials
- Drywall replacement, taping, mudding, and texture matching
- Flooring reinstall — hardwood, tile, vinyl, carpet
- Paint matching and finish work
- Content cleaning, deodorizing, and pack-out storage
- Direct insurance billing for the entire project
- Mitigation PhaseExtraction, drying, antimicrobial, daily moisture meters
- Demolition PhaseSaturated drywall, flooring, insulation removal
- Reconstruction PhaseDrywall, flooring, paint, trim, finish work
- Content RestorationCleaning, deodorizing, pack-out and storage

What To Do Right Now — While You Wait
A few quick steps can dramatically reduce damage and your final repair bill. Stay safe — never enter standing water near outlets or appliances.
Stop the water source
If a pipe burst, shut off the main water valve. For an overflow, turn off the appliance or fixture. Don't try to fix the pipe yourself.
Kill power to the affected area
If water is near outlets, electronics, or your electrical panel, flip the breaker before going in. When in doubt, wait outside and call us.
Move soft items off the wet floor
Lift rugs, furniture, books, electronics, and anything porous. The longer they sit in water, the less likely they survive.
Take photos — lots of them
Document every wet surface, every damaged item, and the source. Your insurance adjuster will want this. We'll add professional documentation when we arrive.
Don't use a household vacuum
Standard vacuums can short out and won't pull deep moisture. We bring truck-mounted extraction that pulls water out of carpet pad and subfloor.
Call RestorePro
The earlier we arrive, the more we can save. Free estimate, no obligation, insurance billed directly.
What Happens When You Call
No surprises. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you pick up the phone.
You Call
A real person answers 24/7. We confirm your address and dispatch the closest crew immediately.
We Arrive in 60 Min
Our IICRC-certified team rolls up with industrial extraction trucks ready to start work the moment we're on-site.
Extract & Dry
We pull out standing water, set commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, and monitor moisture readings until the structure is bone-dry.
Restore & Bill Insurance
We document everything, work directly with your adjuster, and restore your home to pre-loss condition. You pay your deductible — that's it.
That's why our drying timeline isn't optional. Every hour of delay raises the risk that a water-damage job becomes a mold-remediation job — which costs 3-5x more and isn't always covered by insurance. We dry fast for a reason.
Why Choose Full-Service Water Damage Restoration

- One insurance bill covering the whole job — not split across vendors

- We document for the claim end-to-end — no gaps for the adjuster

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to what most homeowners ask us in the first 5 minutes of a call.
What's the difference between water damage cleanup and restoration?
Cleanup is mitigation only — extraction and drying. Restoration is the full rebuild: replacing drywall, flooring, paint, trim, and content cleaning. RestorePro does both in-house with one project manager. Most cleanup-only companies will hand you off to a separate contractor for the rebuild — that's where projects go sideways.
How long does full water damage restoration take?
Mitigation runs 3-7 days. Demolition is 1-3 days. Reconstruction depends on damage size: a small bathroom is 1-2 weeks, a flooded basement with hardwood replacement can be 4-6 weeks. We give you a clear written timeline before any work begins.
Can you match my existing flooring, paint, and trim?
Yes — that's what restoration means. We match drywall texture, paint color, hardwood species and stain, tile patterns, and trim profiles. For older or discontinued materials we'll show you the closest match and let you decide before installing.
Will insurance cover the full restoration?
Standard homeowner's insurance covers sudden-and-accidental water damage including the rebuild — not just cleanup. We bill the carrier directly for both phases and document every line item. You pay your deductible and we handle the rest.
Are you licensed for the construction work, not just the cleanup?
Yes — we're licensed and insured for both restoration mitigation AND construction reconstruction in Massachusetts. Our crews include framers, drywall finishers, flooring installers, painters, and electricians. One license, one insurance, one warranty.
